Return Policy
Our return policy allows returns within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Return Process

Complete the Returns Form: Fill in the return code on the returns note for the item you’re returning and include this form in the package.

Package Your Return: Reuse the original packaging and securely tape the parcel. You may use any carrier for the return, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Ship the item to:

Processing Time: Once received, please allow 7 to 10 business days (depending on volume) for us to process your return. If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will return the item to you. Upon acceptance of your return, we will issue a refund and send a confirmation email.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within several business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received the refund, please contact us at dannyossociety@gmail.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at dannyossociety@gmail.com and send the item to our address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If your return is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
